The cultural-touristic route that includes folk craftsmen and traditional crafts from Maramureș County emphasizes, through their cultural, material and immaterial value, the importance of promoting traditional art. In the workshops of folk craftsmen, visitors of all ages, but especially children and young people are initiated to thoroughly value the human creation, at national and universal level. Thereby, this cultural touristic route opens new gates of tradition, culture, history, art and folk creation, in the consciousness and soul of the visitors of Maramureș County.
